On The Road To Hotel 71, Part Two, May 2011

After enjoying a wonderful evening as a guest at the Hotel 71, it only got better the next day as I got to train the three reservations sales agents and their manager, Minsung Lee, for the full day. As a trainer sometimes it is harder to get smaller groups to participate at first, as they can sometimes be shy. Not with this team! They were extremely engaged, energetic, and also fun to spend the day with. I'm sure they will soon be on our list of superstar reservations sales teams very soon.
