I was very impressed when I read about how to Train the front desk staff about the sales. In my opinion it's a vital point for Hospitality industry specifically for the hotel and its very very interesting training.
 
My name is Mes fin Gobi I am working at the Sheraton Addis as a Guest Relation agent for about 8 years.  In the past eight years I won 3 times the employee of the month. I would like to be more professional in my job.  My hotel 3 times won the best ultimate service award in the world, so that to keep this record (getting) better your training is very important for the staff...  So if we want to make their dreams come true,  training is very important to me and my colleagues as well ...
